Viewing License Information

Overview

The Licenses workspace provides an overview of the solutions you have purchased and their associated license packages, plus the number of users that have access to each one.

Open the 'Licenses' workspace

The license information is displayed in the Licenses workspace. To open the Licenses workspace:

  1. Click Administration in the main menu of the CFO Solution Platform.
  2. Open the Platform Management area and click Licenses: Open the 'Licenses' workspace

License information in the 'Licenses' workspace

You can view the following information in the Licenses workspace:

  • All the solutions currently available on the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform, and which one(s) you have a license for
  • Which license package you have purchased for each solution. For more information on our license packages, see Find the perfect solution for your business needs.
  • How many user roles you have licensed for each solution, and how many license slots per user role have already been assigned
  • How many reporting entities you have licensed for each solution

For user roles with 100,000 or more license slots, the total available license slots are displayed with the infinity symbol (∞).
